One night, Lily's breathing gets very bad. She dreams she is floating, light as a feather, above her own room. The wind seems to whisper secrets about her breath.

Ch. 3: Lungs That Want to Fly In app

Lily wakes up with a new idea. Her tight chest isn't a cage, it's her lungs trying to stretch! They want to be big and strong, like wings ready to soar.

Ch. 4: Breathing Big and Free In app

Lily learns to help her lungs 'fly'. She takes deep breaths, imagining her lungs expanding. Her itchy cage disappears, replaced by the joy of breathing freely.
